We advised the holding company of a multi-national manufacturing business on the terms of its agreement for the supply of goods to a well known “shed” retailer by a framework agreement, and numerous local country agreements. There were detailed and important negotiations regarding limitation of our client’s liability, price adjustment over this long term contract and also adjustment of the price to take account of fluctuations in currency, and also to take account of the effect of Brexit.
