Ian is a Director in the Commercial Property team and has experience of acting on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions including landlord and tenant matters for corporate occupiers, but specialises in property development work, acting for both landowners and developers.
Ian enjoys working with clients to get transactions “over the line” in accordance with the client’s objectives and timescales and understands how important and effective it can be to speak with all those involved to keep the transaction on budget and within any given deadline.
Ian joined SE-Solicitors in August 2025 from Lodders’ solicitors, having previously worked at Shakespeare Martineau.
Outside of work Ian enjoys family time and keeping fit and has an ambition to complete an Iron Man Triathlon, having completed a half Iron Man distance in 2024. Ian also enjoys going to the cinema.
