Kyle is a Director and Head of Property Disputes at SE-Solicitors. Having worked in the legal sector for over 20 years, Kyle boasts a wealth of experience in property related disputes, acting for landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property and advising individuals and companies on all aspects of real estate and property litigation whether in the High Court, County Court or First Tier Tribunal.

Kyle also has experience in advising on all aspects of Construction and Building Disputes including those involving issues relating to building defects, defective design and contractual termination.

Kyle qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and was an Associate at Warwickshire law firm Needham & James before joining SE-Solicitors in 2010. Kyle was made a Director at SE-Solicitors in 2022.

Outside work Kyle enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as hiking in the Lake District and further afield.
