We were instructed to act on behalf of a company in the purchase of a valuable Ferrari sports car, with considerable provenance, at the price of EUR €250,000. The car was located in Italy. We were required to prepare and negotiate a purchase agreement, which had several complications: evidence of source of funds of the client, inspection of the vehicle in Italy before completion, and terms of payment of deposit.
Despite these challenges, the transaction was concluded successfully and on time.
