Our client is a large regional supplier of building and plumbing supplies.
We advised the board of directors of this company (and its subsidiary) on issues arising for it in the context of a dispute between two of its major shareholders. This included close interpretation of its position by reference to its articles of association, the law in general concerning the requirement to delivery up documents, and in the context of a settlement eventually reached between the two shareholders who were separately represented.
