An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established and experienced Commercial Property Director to join our successful Commercial Property team based in Banbury.

Job Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Commercial Property lawyer with more than 10 years PQE experience who is strong in all areas of Commercial Property law and is a proven rainmaker to join an established and successful team with a remit to grow our business to the next level. The role comes with strong personal growth potential.
You will be an essential part of a dedicated, fun, and highly experienced specialist Commercial Property team at our growing and ambitious law firm. You will provide the highest quality legal expertise, insights, and support to a range of clients including commercial and Property developers and investors, landowners, farmers, and senior business teams.
SE-Solicitors provides services for interesting and challenging complex and multi-dimensional business cases, working with our specialist in house teams across the firm including Residential Property, Private Client, Family, Employment and Corporate and Disputes.
Knowledge & Skills:
- 10+ years PQE experience
- a strong client focused approach with plenty of drive and enthusiasm to provide an excellent client service
- to understand the importance of client relationship and have experience of creating, and strengthening client relationships for engagement and retention
- business development skills to drive business growth for the department
- experience in tenbder writing and winning new clients
- well networked within our target audience and amongst referrers and businesses
- to be technically competent and commercially aware
- excellent written and oral communication skills, clear written presentation, strong organisational skills, good time management, good initiative, and problem-solving ability
- to be team-focused with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone
- work effectively under pressure to tackle tough decisions and present innovative ways to help clients
