Paralegal – Residential Property

We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in our Banbury office.

Job Role:
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.
Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:
- Work as part of an effective and efficient team, covering others where necessary
- Dealing with transactions from initial instruction to completion
- Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are fulfilled.
- Extensive liaison – pro-actively and professionally communicate with clients in a professional manner, external partners, internal clients both via telephone and by email.
- Referring to Senior colleagues – relaying messages and providing assistance where possible
Knowledge & Skills
- Previous Similar Experience – Essential
- IT Skills – Essential
