Charlotte is a Property Executive in the Banbury Commercial Property team. Charlotte advises both corporate clients and individuals on a range of commercial property transactions, and in particular providing advice on matters such as new leases, lease renewals, lease assignments, lease surrenders and acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Over the years, Charlotte has built brilliant relationships with her clients. She is friendly and approachable, professional, and pragmatic in her advice.
Charlotte joined SE-Solicitors in 2017 as a Legal Secretary. She then progressed to a Legal Assistant and then as a Property Executive, and received two distincitons in her Level 3 CILEX.
She is also an active member of the Banbury Young Professionals networking group.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family, dog walks and socialising with friends.
