Working at SE-Solicitors
At SE-Solicitors, we can offer you a rewarding career built on continued personal growth, supporting you to achieve the highest standards. You will work within a collaborative, diverse and friendly environment in a law firm that puts people first in everything that we do.
We strive to create a first class experience for our staff and our clients, which is always personal. It is important to us to develop, nurture and retain our trainee solicitors, so we take our time to carefully select our trainees and provide a structured and comprehensive training programme.
The majority of our trainees who successfully qualify, progress within the SE family with clear and tailored pathways, training and development. We are proud that a number of our Directors started their careers here as trainees.
What we look for in a Trainee Solicitor
At SE-Solicitors, we not only look for excellent academic qualifications. We also look for common sense, a can-do attitude, and the ability to organise yourself. As a truly collaborative firm, effective team work is key to a successful career with us as together we are stronger.
The qualities that we look for in our trainees include a real enthusiasm for a career in law, being personable, proactive, professional and conscientious.
It is important that you have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing high quality legal services to our clients, and the ability and confidence to excel in whatever you do.
Each year SE-Solicitors limits the number of trainees we recruit, in order to provide all our trainees a quality experience working alongside experts in each field of law during their training contract.
