SE-Solicitors acted for their long-standing client British Bakels, a manufacturer and distributer of bakery ingredients, in their acquisition of the business and assets of JF Renshaw Ltd from its administrators. JF Renshaw is a well-known manufacturer of food ingredients with a long, rich heritage.

Due to both the nature of the transaction, and the time of year, as the acquisition took place in the run-up to the Christmas period, it was necessary that the matter was dealt with within a very short period.
