We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in our Banbury office.

Job Role:

This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.

Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:

  • Working as part of an effective and efficient team, covering others where necessary
  • Dealing with transactions from initial instruction to post completion
  • Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are fulfilled.
  • Extensive liaison – pro-actively and professionally communicating with clients in a professional manner. Communicating with external partners and internal clients both via telephone and by email.
  • Referring to Senior colleagues – relaying messages and providing assistance where possible

 

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Residential Property assistant/Paralegal experience – Essential
  • IT Skills – Essential

 

Person Specification:
  • Willing/able to work in the Banbury office.
  • Works well as a member of a team
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Holds a flexible approach
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Punctual, honest, and trustworthy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understands confidential nature of the environment
