Maria is a highly experienced Conveyancer advising clients on a broad range of residential property purchases, sales and other transactions. She enjoys dealing with unregistered properties and speaking and getting to know her clients. Maria is proud that many of her clients come back to her over the years in addition to recommending her to their friends and family.

Maria was previously a conveyancer with Shoosmiths and has been with SE-Solicitors for 20 years, since the start of the business as Spratt Endicott.

Outside of work Maria spends time with her husband and cat, family and friends and enjoys cooking, reading and shopping (retail therapy!)
