Philippa Hebbard works with SE-Solicitors as a Consultant Solicitor specialising in non-contentious construction matters. After spending 10 years working at city firm, Linklaters LLP, Philippa then expanded the construction practice as head of construction at a regional firm before becoming a consultant to SE-Solicitors.
She is experienced in advising on all procurement routes and construction documentation, as well as construction aspects of agreements for lease and development and funding agreements.
Philippa has advised a wide range of clients including: leading developers, regional developers, investment funds, banks, owner-occupiers such as Goldman Sachs and Tescos, the trustees of the British Museum, institutional landlords, Universities such as University of Cambridge, foreign investors, and tenants.
