Stephen Yates works in the Dispute Resolution Department, having just finished the final seat in his training contract.
Having commenced his Training Contract with SE-Solicitors in September 2021, Stephen has completed his First Seat in the Family Department, Second Seat in Private Capital Department and Third Seat in Banking & Finance Litigation Department.
Stephen studied History at Royal Holloway University, London, subsequently completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University, London and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Reading.
Stephen started his legal career as a Paralegal for a regional law firm in Oxford, gaining key experience in Litigation, Private Capital and Commercial Property sectors.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys most sports including Football, Rugby, Running, Golf, Squash and Cycling. It is Stephen’s ambition to complete the U.Ks ‘Three Peaks Challenge’ and go climbing in the Himalayas again.
