Chris is Director and passionate litigator with over 22 years’ experience of advising and assisting clients in respect of a wide range of disputes, but mostly concerning residential and commercial property. As such he is now instructed in high value property litigation which invariably encompasses other areas of the Law such as bankruptcy, insolvency and estates.
Chris’ clients include high net worth individuals, property companies, private landowners, leaseholders and tenant associations.
Chris is a University of Oxford graduate whose career has included stints with firms in the West End and the City, before going onto to head up dispute resolution teams in West London, Oxford and now here with SE-Solicitors in Banbury.
Prior to coming to the UK in 2001 Chris practiced briefly in Australia where he qualified both as a solicitor and a barrister; the latter being the impetus for Chris to maintain his advocacy skills and offering here in the UK through holding a Higher Rights of Audience qualification.
