Francesca is a Solicitor in the Residential Property Team, advising clients on a range of residential property matters.
With over 15 years experience in residential conveyancing she has gained exceptional expertise in Leasehold law, New Build transactions (including Freeholds) and, most recently, has acquired a solid grasp of the Building Safety Act (2022).
Francesca qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 after being a recruiter for a number of years. Prior to joining SE-Solicitors in February 2025, Francesca worked for small to medium sized law firms in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
Outside of work Francesca is a line-dancer and a flautist in the Abington Wind Band (Northampton). She also likes to keep fit and is currently lifting weights up to 50kg, at present!
