Kylie is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, advising on high-value development, investment and occupational matters. She works with a broad range of corporate clients, developers, investors and landowners, and is known for her strategic thinking, commercial clarity and ability to drive complex transactions forward with confidence.
Kylie regularly advises on major acquisitions and disposals, multi-phase development schemes and sophisticated landlord and tenant arrangements. Clients value her for her calm leadership, collaborative style and ability to distil issues quickly; particularly where multiple stakeholders or time pressures are involved.
Kylie joined SE-Solicitors in 2025 and contributes to the development of the team mentoring junior lawyers and supporting internal initiatives. Her background includes top-tier private practice experience in London and the Midlands, including at Wright Hassall and Gowling WLG, as well as time spent in-house with a luxury real estate developer in Dubai.
A keen runner and yogi, Kylie enjoys problem-solving and brings curiosity, structure and emotional intelligence to her work. As a qualified executive coach, she is passionate about supporting people to perform at their best. She completed the London Marathon in 2024 and now focuses on enjoying shorter distances.
