High Court Enforcement Agents have the power to execute Judgments which have a value over £600.00 (Apart from Claims Regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974).

The Writ of Control enables the named High Court Enforcement Officer to Enforce the Claim. The Agent will make an attendance to agree payment or a payment plan.
