Our highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions specialist lawyers acted on behalf of our client, Skymark Packaging International Ltd in relation to their sale to Interflex Group, a subsidiary of Tokyo listed Toppan Group.

Skymark Packaging are a large innovative packaging business which manufactures flexible and sustainable solutions for some of the world’s leading brands within personal care, hygiene, and medical sectors, while Interflex Group is a leading global flexible packaging supplier and converter in the fields of printing, communications, security, packaging, décor materials and electronics.
