Oxfordshire law firm Spratt Endicott congratulates Private Client Solicitor Emma Rolfe on achieving her STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Diploma, the benchmark qualification for solicitors in the field.
The STEP Diploma is the recognized international gold standard for solicitors and requires practitioners to study modules on Administration of Trusts, Administration of Estates, Taxation of Trusts & Estates, and Trust & Estate Accounting in addition to having practical experience in the profession.
This qualification should provide comfort to clients that they will receive the highest standard of legal advice from a professional who abides by the strict professional and ethical standards outlined by the STEP Codes of Conduct when administering trusts and estates.
Lucy Gordon, Director and Head of Private Client at Spratt Endicott, commented: “Emma is a skilled solicitor with a bright future ahead of her. We are delighted that her hard work has paid off in achieving her STEP Diploma. This qualification is evidence of her commitment to continue her professional development and provide her clients with the highest standard of legal advice.”
Emma Rolfe added: “I am so proud to have completed my STEP Diploma and become a full STEP member. It’s been something that I have worked hard towards over the last few years and look forward to being able to apply what I have learned to help my clients.”
Spratt Endicott Solicitors has a strong commitment to the continuing development of their staff, both through ongoing professional development and in house training. Several of the current members of staff, including a company director, have completed their training contracts at the firm.
