Anis is an experienced Solicitor specialising in Banking and Finance Litigation. He acts for several national secondary lenders including Asset finance companies and factoring companies in the tracing and recovery of assets. Anis has particular expertise in asset finance fraud and urgent delivery up applications and claims against guarantors.
With over 24 years’ experience Anis has a wide range of financial litigation experience including acting for lenders in complex mortgage frauds and claims against professionals.
He regularly appears in the Business and Property Courts for clients without counsel adding value to their business and cost recoveries.
As part of the banking and finance team Anis provides advice to specialist lenders including advice on reviewing security documentation. In addition he supports the Dispute team on defended commercial litigation matters.
