Kay is a Paralegal in the Residential Property team. She has experience working in freehold, leasehold, new build sales and discount market schemes. She now supports the team on all Residential Property Transactions.
Prior to joining SE-Solicitors, she worked as a Conveyancing Assistant with Foot Anstey specialising in plot sales acting for Developers.
Kay has an LLB in law from Kingston University London as well as the LPC from The University of Law which she finished in 2023.
In her spare time, she tends to her allotment where she grows vegetables and fruit but is hoping for chickens one day! Outside of this, she enjoys reading, re-watching Gilmore Girls and trying new restaurants.
