Lily is a Trainee Solicitor currently completing her second seat in our Employment department, having completed her first seat in Commercial Property.
She joined SE‑Solicitors in July 2023 as an Administration Assistant in the Debt Recovery Department and progressed to the role of Legal Assistant nine months later, before commencing her training contract with the firm.
Lily holds an MA Hons in Japanese from the University of Edinburgh and has experience in translation. She transitioned into law through her studies with CILEX Law School and is currently studying part time for the LLM Legal Practice SQE 1&2 at the University of Law alongside her training contract.
In addition to her role, Lily is an active member of the firm’s Social Committee and is a mentor as part of the Oxford Brookes Mentorship Scheme offered by SE-Solicitors.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys studying and practising languages, playing video games and reading.
