Lynn is a Paralegal with over 30 years of conveyancing experience. She has the ability to deal with a broad range of residential property legal needs including sales, purchases, transfer of equity and other transactions.
She works closely with David Inch, getting transactions to the point of exchange and post completion including the submission of the relevant documentation to HMRC submission of applications to HM Land Registry.
Lynn joined SE-Solicitors when it was formally Shoosmiths as an Office Services Assistant. She joined David Inch two years later as a Conveyancing Secretary and she has worked closely with him on a daily basis ever since.
Outside of work Lynn enjoys reading, walking, spending time with her family and being a season ticket holder at her local Football Club.
