Philomena is a Director in the Employment team, advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She acts for a range of clients from national corporate companies to individuals. Her particular expertise is supporting clients within the transport, food and drink, hospitality and leisure industry sectors.
With over 20 years working in the legal industry, she boasts an excellent record in employment tribunals.
Philomena ensures that she is in the best possible position to advise her clients by understanding their culture and needs, as well as the specifics relating to their case, so she is able to give focused and practical advice.
Philomena trained at Shoosmiths. She has previously worked at several high-profile regional law firms including Freeths and Howes Percival before becoming a Director at SE-Solicitors in 2014. She is also Head of the SE-Solicitors Sustainability Action Group.
