Richard is a Director at SE-Solicitors and an experienced Litigation Specialist, advising clients on a broad range of Credit Management Collections challenges, ranging from Credit Policies, collections strategies through to pre-legal, legal and insolvency solutions. Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the collections arena with mainly B2B clients with medium to high volumes portfolios of debt.
He has gained exceptional expertise in some more of the unusual or complex areas such as national and international debt, asset recovery and retention of title.
Richard provides training to many commercial collection teams and aims to bridge the knowledge gap between Credit Control and Legal Collections.
Richard joined SE-Solicitors in May 2015 and leads the company’s Debt Recovery Team, which is a Tier 1 Legal 500 recognised team within the region.
Outside of work Richard enjoys all types of motoring including ‘off-road’ and is a keen clay-pigeon enthusiast.
