Ryan is an Associate in the Commercial Property department, with experience in a range of matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, lease extensions, deeds of variation, unregistered properties, option agreements and superior lease surrenders.
Ryan joined the Commercial Property team at SE-Solicitors as a Legal Executive in 2023 at the Banbury office. Ryan’s legal career began in 2018 as a paralegal for a firm in Oxford before qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2021 whilst working full time.
Outside of work Ryan enjoys watching & playing football, going to the cinema and to the gym.
