Oxfordshire based firm, Spratt Endicott Solicitors, continues to grow with the appointment of two new members of staff to its Bicester office, bringing in added expertise to its Private Capital and Family Law teams as experienced lawyers, Paula Tedder and Sobiah Hussain, join the firm.
The new appointments demonstrate how the firm provides opportunities for talented people to help in the growth of the firm and increase clients’ access to its specialist services across the region and beyond.
Paula Tedder joins the firm as an Associate and leads the firm’s Private Capital team in Bicester. She has over 12 years’ experience as a Solicitor, and specialises in providing legal advice to private individuals on the preparation of wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship orders and more.
As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Paula has particular expertise in providing advice in inheritance and succession planning. She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and is able to provide specialist advice on planning for and funding later life care.

The Family Law department also welcomes Solicitor Sobiah Hussain to its Bicester team. She has experience in advising clients in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, financial remedies, disputes regarding children, cohabitation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and emergency injunctions relating to domestic violence.
Sobiah is also a member of Resolution, the national organisation of Family Lawyers, committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
Sobiah said: “It is exciting to join a firm which has strong roots in Oxfordshire and one who is able to offer a full range of services to its clients. I look forward to developing the Family Department in Bicester and am thrilled to be part of the team.”
