Harriet is a skilled Licensed Conveyancer, advising her clients on a broad range of complex and valuable transactions relating to high end residential property, country homes, agriculture and property development. She has gained expertise in some more of the unusual or complex areas such as unregistered land and property, adverse possession, granting new leases, lease extensions, sales of development plots and barn conversions and overage provisions.
Harriet utilises her background and knowledge from growing up on her family farm in Wardington to benefit her clients. She is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Harriet started her Conveyancing career in 2011 at Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers in Daventry after completing her Law with Criminology degree at University of Chester. In 2015, Harriet qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and joined SE-Solicitors Brackley residential property team. Her agricultural knowledge was soon recognised, moving to the Banbury Agriculture and Country Homes residential team in 2020 where she has thrived and been promoted to first Senior Associate and since Director.
Outside of work Harriet enjoys horse riding, playing tennis and cycling.
