John is a Founding Partner of SE-Solicitors and a highly regarded Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team. John’s role since retiring as Chairman and the Head of Department is a Consultant, sharing his 30 plus years of experience in a wide range of corporate transactions and agreements.
This experience includes drafting and negotiating complex and high value commercial agreements for UK and international clients, negotiating, and completing sales and purchases of shares and businesses and management buy-ins and buy-outs; shareholders’ agreements and group re-organisations and has particular expertise in advising clients in the security industry.
John is a trustee of both Banbury Museum Trust and Tooleys Boatyard Trust, and is also Chairman of Hanwell Parish Council. His other interests include tennis, stalking, fishing, shooting, opera and old cars.
