Jennie is an expert in agricultural property, with a background in commercial property. Jennie has wide experience in dealing with sales of farms and estates, including overage provisions, unregistered titles, and restructuring the ownership of family farms.
Jennie also deals with transactions involving HS2, whether sales under blight notices or general vesting declarations. She also deals with issues surrounding agricultural occupiers, whether under documented agreements or not, as well as mortgages, charges, and deeds of easement.
Jennie also has an interest in dealing with charity property such as Village Halls or Recreation Areas, and dealing with first registration of property at the Land Registry.
Jennie qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and first worked at SE-Solicitors between October 2018 and April 2023, rejoining the firm in October 2024. Jennie has worked in law firms across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, covering a wide geographical area.
Jennie enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and running her local Girlguiding Brownie Unit.
