Dominic is a Senior Associate and commercial litigator in SE-Solicitor’s Dispute Resolution Department. He has over 25 years’ experience in professional negligence, contractual disputes, insolvency, civil fraud and asset recovery, contentious probate, intellectual property disputes, financial services litigation and judicial review.
Dominic has acted for a wide range of individuals and high-profile clients including groups of litigants, major banks, liquidators, administrators, trustees in bankruptcy and government agencies.
Dominic joined SE-Solicitors in January 2025 having previously worked in a top 10 UK Law Firm where he was a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. He was called to the bar in 2000 and completed his pupillage in 2001 before joining a leading London Law firm in September 2001.
