Spratt Endicott continues growth plans with key promotions announced

As a leading regional solicitor firm we are celebrating the outstanding contribution to the growth and continued success of the business with the promotion of eight specialist lawyers across our Banbury, Bicester and Brackley offices.

In its dispute resolution team, highly regarded Anis Waiz and Kyle Wyness have been promoted to Director roles. Kyle heads up the property litigation team based from the Banbury office and Anis heads up the banking and finance and also leads the Bicester team. Both have been recognised for their outstanding work delivering excellence to clients. Solicitor Thomas Halstead has fast made an impression with a promotion to Associate after joining the firm in 2021. Based in the Bicester office, Thomas specialises in commercial resolution, contractual, partnership, banking and financial disputes.

As a specialist in commercial investment properties, Emma Daniels has earned her well-deserved promotion to Director. Acknowledged as a rising star in the Legal 500, she has quickly established a strong client base within the past 7 years at Spratt Endicott. Highly regarded by her clients and the firm, she is described as providing technically sound and professional advice with a friendly manner.

The debt recovery team’s Pete Gardner’s promotion to Senior Associate follows his recommended listing in the Legal 500 which ranks Pete as a next generation lawyer. His specialism in defended debt recovery has been well recognised by the firm and clients. Pete quickly grasps the issue and delivers quality advice in a pragmatic manner.

In our private client practice, Tom McInerney has been promoted to Senior Associate having joined Spratt Endicott in 2011 from a top London solicitor firm. Also recognised as a Next Generation Lawyer for two consecutive years, Tom is known for the excellence of his advice to our clients whether assisting executors following a bereavement, or advising in relation to personal estate and tax planning ,asset protection and succession planning.

Agricultural specialist and rising star in The Legal 500 UK, Jennie Loynes has been promoted into a Senior Associate role. She will continue to provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of agriculture and property matters as a growing sector for the firm.

Finally, family law solicitor, Madeleine Harrington has been promoted to an Associate role in recognition of her dedication to her role. Madeleine specialises in family finances and the arrangements for children following divorce or separation. Madeleine complements her legal practice by offering family mediation and divorce coaching.
