SE-Solicitors are finalists for The British Family Law Innovation Award 2024

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists for The Family Innovator Award at The British Family Law Awards. The British Family Law Awards celebrates excellence in the legal profession and bring the family law community together for its biggest night of the year.

The Awards acknowledge the important and valuable work of family lawyers across the country, commemorating their successes and achievements. We are shortlisted for The Family Innovator Award in recognition of our new and unique service, Divorce Together™.

Divorce Together™ is an unparalleled service, offered only at SE-Solicitors. It represents an exciting development to current Divorce Processes, as the Divorce Together™ service is delivered by just one shared legal team consisting of a skilled lawyer Mediator and an experienced Barrister. This shared team helps couples to separate amicably and fairly.

Monicka Rai, a Mediator and Senior Associate at SE-Solicitors works alongside couples in a neutral capacity, helping to eliminate any issues that may arise throughout the process. The SE-Solicitors Consultant Barrister, Michael George of 3PB, has over 30 years’ legal experience. He provides expert legal input, evaluating how the court may deal with each couple’s unique circumstances, and navigating them through the process in the best possible way.

Divorce Together™ empowers a separating couple with the information and support to reach an agreement. If an agreement is not achieved between the couple, the service helps to speed up the court process. The service also helps couples to save on costs, as the couples shares the cost of just one legal team at a fixed-fee cost.
