Ann is a Consultant and a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in the Family team, advising on all aspects of divorce, financial issues and children matters. Ann has over 20 years’ experience in the field, 10 of which were as Head of Department at Shoosmiths and then SE-Solicitors (Spratt Endicott at the time).
Ann advises on a range of family law issues, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and separation. She specialises in financial cases and focuses on finding practical and sensible solutions to the division of assets on divorce.
Ann is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives, has trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and is a seasoned negotiator. She is keen to pursue Non-Court Dispute Resolution options where possible, but will adopt a robust approach to taking a firm stance where that is not successful.
Outside of work, Ann volunteers as Chair for a local hospital radio station and for the RAF Association Connections for Life team. Ann also enjoys travelling, particularly river cruising, and is a keen artist.
