Guy Stephenson

Guy is a Director and leads the Residential Property, Country Homes & Estates and Agriculture teams at SE-Solicitors. Guy advises clients on a broad range of property transactions particularly in relation to high value complex transactions. With over 30 years’ experience, Guy is particularly skilled in a wide variety of unusual and complex transactions including farm sales, advising on existing and new tenancies.
He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Guy re-joined SE-Solicitors in 2021 as Head of the Residential and Agricultural Property Departments. Prior to re-joining, Guy was joint Head of Property at Westminster Firm Lee Bolton Monier -Williams LLP, Head of Property at Bloomsbury firm Hamilton Downing Quinn LLP and a partner at SE-Solicitors.
Outside of work Guy enjoys playing tennis and golf and walking his dogs
