We are delighted to announce two new appointments to strengthen our legal offering, both in private and commercial law.
Julia Routen joins our Private Capital department as a solicitor. Julia has 30 years’ experience and specialises in wills, inheritance tax planning, probates, trusts and powers of attorney. She is also a member of STEP and Law Society’s Probate Sections along with being a specialist recommended by MENCAP.
Michael Campbell joins Spratt Endicott as an Associate in the Commercial Property department. Prior to this he spent over 15 years working in house for a major house builder. His expertise lies in all areas of residential development including acquisition of land for development, strategic land acquisitions, promotion and option agreements, disposal of land and planning agreements.
