We are pleased to announce that we are now a Registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) under the new regulations introduced by Companies House.

This registration authorises us to undertake a range of Companies House filings on behalf of our clients, helping ensure ongoing compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.

As explained in our previous article, Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs) are individuals or organisations authorised to carry out activities supervised under anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.

As an ACSP, we provide a comprehensive suite of regulated services designed to support your business in meeting updated Companies House obligations, including:

• Direct Filing Services: We manage the direct submission of company documents to Companies House —including, officer changes, incorporation’s, and confirmation statements — ensuring your business meets its obligations.
• Secure and Efficient Submissions: Our authorised team handles all filings through our secure ACSP account, facilitating timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.

As a firm regulated under UK AML legislation, we continuously monitor regulatory updates to safeguard the compliance and protection of our clients.
