The purpose of the trial is to establish the impacts of a 4-day working week on various matters including productivity, worker wellbeing and the environment and is part of a global research project.
It will be interesting to see what the results are when the trial ends in November 2022 and whether this may lead to any change to how long our working weeks are in the UK…
