Spratt Endicott shortlisted for the Conveyancing Law firm of the Year – South Award

February 23rd 2023

We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Conveyancing Law Firm of the Year – South award. It is great to see the success of our 52 strong Residential and Commercial Conveyancing team recognised.

The British Conveyancing Awards highlight achievement, recognise excellence, and celebrate the extraordinary teams of the sector; only three other firms from the south of Britain made the shortlist.

Here are the things the judges saw about us:

Service Excellence

The outstanding quality of our conveyancing legal services. 100% of our residential property clients who completed feedback forms last year reported they would use us again, and we regularly receive glowing Google reviews. Our client feedback frequently centres on our terrific diligence, prompt service, flexibility, and care.

For complete concentration on our clients’ needs we work in small, inclusive, and supportive teams of 2 or 3 individuals on each house purchase or sale. This tight-knit approach ensures regular client communication, reassurance, and understanding that we can achieve clients’ goals as a team within the required timescales.

Specialist Expertise

We have a leading reputation for adding value with our specialist services. Our Bicester team have developed a dedicated self-build conveyancing team to support local demand for developments such as Graven Hill and Heyford Park.

Our highly experienced commercial property team deliver specialist legal services for commercial developers for the purchase and development of industrial parks and warehouses with our proximity to the UK’s main distribution hubs and the M40.

Surrounded by the countryside, our specialist agricultural team in Banbury focuses on technical and complex farm and land transactions.

On top of all that, we also have specialist experience in complex high value residential property and other complex matters such as overage and lease extensions.

Leading Regional Conveyancing Team

Our team has grown from strength to strength. The judges saw how it’s our people and culture that make our services so sought after: the dedication to the opportunities we identified are because of our investment into our staff, their training, and their development. We have made a robust team structure, motivating career pathway, developed our specialist expertise to meet the local demand, and have built strong camaraderie with our community spirit.

We can’t wait to attend the award ceremony on 21st March in London, where the winner is going to be announced.
