SE-Solicitors advises Skymark Packaging International Ltd on the Sale to Interflex Group

SE-Solicitors advised on the sale of Skymark Packaging International Limited to Interflex Group (subsidiary of Tokyo listed Toppan Group), a leading global flexible packaging supplier and converter in the fields of printing, communications, security, packaging, décor materials and electronics. 

Skymark, located in Lincolnshire, is an innovative packaging business, manufacturing flexible and sustainable solutions for some of the world’s leading brands within the personal care, hygiene, and medical sectors.
